Análisis del Crecimiento del Mercado sustituto de Cervezas Artesanales

Abstract
IntroducciónEn el presente artículo se observa el desarrollo del segmento artesanal de la cerveza en comparación de las cervecerías comerciales. Objetivode analizar el tiempo que la cerveza artesanal ha tomado parte del mercado y de forma considerable. Materiales y métodosSe realiza un estudio cuantitativo y una revisión sistemática usando como muestra las dos marcas saleccionadas. Resultadosel despunte de este segmento se ve reflejado en la disminución de ventas de la cerveza comercial y podremos ver los diferentes planes de incentivos y estrategias, Conclusioneslas empresas toman para verse afectados lo menos posible.
