Abstract


Introduction. Currently the lifestyle is associated with the development of daily activities in dependence on technology. For this reason, in order to facilitate the coexistence of people with disabilities, an application has been designed to control the home from a mobile device. Objective. Design an Android application that integrates the sensors and controls of the house with the Arduino board, through WiFi internet. Materials and methods. The application will be developed using the APP INVENTOR tool in version 2 and will have the following functions: turning the lights on and off in different areas of the house. Opening and closing of the main door. Voice command to give instructions on turning on the lights and opening the door. The application will send an email to the owner of the house, when the gas sensor detects the presence of smoke.
